About Momiji Academy
Momiji Academy is a Sri Lankan Japanese language academy offering JLPT N5 to N3 courses taught by instructors based in Japan. We prepare students for higher education, professional careers, and skilled work opportunities in Japan — and support student visa pathways for those who achieve the required proficiency levels.

This internship starts unpaid, but it isn't meant to stay that way. We may convert it into a paid role based on your performance. Show us what you can do, and there's a real path forward. We're looking for someone eager to learn and ready to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content — reels, stories, and TikToks — that stops the scroll.
- Create on-brand posts and graphics across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Develop content ideas and series that grow our audience and engagement.
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats — and adapt them to Momiji’s voice.
- Track performance and prepare concise weekly reports on output, reach, and engagement.
- Help turn followers into prospective students who enrol.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine willingness to learn — we value creativity and drive over years of experience.
- A strong eye for visuals and an instinct for what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Comfortable on camera and/or behind it — shooting and editing short-form video.
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English (both essential). Tamil and/or Japanese are a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently in a remote setting.
